Meet The Team

As the owner of Critter Cuts, Kristi combines her passion for pets and real estate with a strong educational background in accounting and property management. Growing up in Washington, North Carolina, she has deep roots in the community and a commitment to supporting local residents. An entrepreneur at heart, she also aims to empower women by providing career development opportunities. When she’s not busy managing her businesses, Kristi enjoys spending time with her Yorkshire Terrier, Bella, and loves reading, relaxing at the beach, and cherishing moments with friends and family. Her professional goal is to create pathways for women to thrive in their careers, fostering a supportive environment for growth and success.

Natalie has been working at Critter Cuts since August 2021 and has 2 years combined experience working with animals. She is currently pursuing a career to be a groomer and will be certified to start grooming in August 2022. Natalie has a passion for all animals. In her free time, Natalie loves taking her fur babies Luke & Jada to the dog park and traveling to the beach or mountains with friends or family is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dorothy has recently started working at Critter Cuts helping with our boarded pets. Dorothy enjoys getting to know all of our fur babies that visit. In her free time she loves to take her four legged best friend, Stormie, for car rides and walks as well as spend time with her family.

Jennifer has been at Critter Cuts since June 2021. She has been grooming for a total of 4 years. Jennifer loves getting to know her fur baby clients and their parents. Our four-legged clients love her just as much as she loves them. In her free time, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family and going fishing.

Rowan has been working at Critter Cuts since May 2024. She has always had a passion for animals and working with them. Rowan has a variety of animals including dogs, cats, goats and chickens and she's even assisted in the birthing process of a couple of these animals and care for them after birth. The love she has for these animals are why she is currently pursuing a career in the veterinary field. She wants to further her education with her own animals as well as so many others.
